Weekly Drop In Classes |
These classes are designed to allow for maximum flexibilty for your schedule. With your punch card or unlimited pass you can come to any drop in class, anytime, no regsitration required. Drop In classes are on first come, first serve basis.
You can also choose from the following types of classes: Hatha Yoga, Flow Yoga & Core Flow. |
 |
Hatha Yoga |
Simple, easy to follow & fun! No pretzel positions. No chanting. No standing on one's head & no flexibilty required!
Build strength, increase bone density, improve your balance, flexibilty and peace of mind!
For all levels.
The word “hatha” is derived from two Sanskrit words: “ha,” which means “sun,” and “tha,” which means “moon.” “Yoga,” on the other hand, comes from the Sanskrit root, “yuj,” which means “yoke” or “union.” The term “hatha yoga” then, can mean “union of the sun and moon,” or “union of opposites.”
Hatha Yoga centers its focus on the physical, believing that once discipline of breath and body are achieved, discipline of the mind and spirit are within reach. |
 |
Core Flow |
