Learn 'the flow' so you can go to any Drop In Flow classes.
No yoga experience necessary, but must be currently exercising 3 - 4 times a week.

Increase core strength and rotation to maximize your
distance and consistency on the course.
Increase flexibility, balance & strength to prevent/correct injuries.
No yoga experience needed!

Core Flow: A Flow class with emphasis on core work
                     incorporating Pilates. (Must know sun salutations)
